Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • All original accessories and components must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@getmonix.com or via WhatsApp with your order details. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned.
