Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–9 business days, depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Carrier performance

  • Seasonal demand

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You may use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website until delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders for a limited time.

Additional shipping options such as Express or Priority Shipping may be available at checkout for an extra fee.

Shipping promotions may change without prior notice.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

MONIX is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

MONIX is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.


Customs and Carrier Delays

Although rare for domestic orders, unforeseen delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or operational disruptions may occur.

MONIX is not liable for such delays.
